April

Alex is currently touring in the US and will soon be going to Brazil.

Alex announces on his myspace that he will be putting the record out on his own! "With help from good friends in the business and an amazing team, I'm putting together my own Label. This gives me the freedom to make my own decisions, to invest in myself, and to do what I want, when I want."   stay tuned for the release date!

April, 2007 Alex performed in New York singing a song for an upcoming movie called "The Final Season". They premiered the movie at the Tribeca film festival.
May, 2007 (from Alex Myspace) Alex and Jennifer have been in the process of creating their own "Donate Life" organization. This organization will be known as "Alex Band's Donate Life Rocks"... This July, Alex Band's Donate Life Rocks will produce its first concert in conjunction with the Hard Rock Cafe Universal City in Los Angeles.

January 25  Alex performs Our Lives for the first time at NRJ Awards in Sweden
March 8  "Our Lives" premiered on AOL's First Listen
 April 4  Alex and Aaron make a special appearance on "American Dreams" TV Show
April 22 "Our Lives" premiered on TRL
May -  Australia  So Fresh interviewed people on the streets of Sydney and asked them what do they think of "Our Lives" - there were great responses!
May 28  'So Fresh' Channel 9....'The Calling is a band that gets a fair share of requests …
May  "Our Lives" hits Top 40
June 4  Alex and Aaron perform on AOL Sessions
June 8  "TWO" is released in USA. Debuts at #54 on Billboard Album Charts.

May 7th (Australia) The Calling are nominated for an APRA award 2003 Music Award (Australian Performing Rights Association) for the song 'Wherever You Will Go'. The nomination is for the 'Most Performed Foreign Work' category.
May Alex invited to sing with Santana on "Why Don't You and I"
Mid 2003 TC begins recording second album "TWO"

January  Hit Top 10 with Wherever You Will Go
January 7th  Camino Palmero goes GOLD in USA
April 11th  The Calling performs at The Metro in Sydney
April 8th  Camino Palmero is released in Australia
April 2002  The Calling arrived in Australia for a promotional visit! Alex and Aaron appeared on many Australian talk shows performing 'Wherever You Will Go', and also 'Adrienne' at Fox Studios.
May-July 'Wherever you will go' reached the number #1 airplay position in Australia for four weeks
'Wherever you will go' achieved gold plus status and hit the top 5 sales chart July 15th 'Adrienne' released in Australia and a Music Network premiere pick
August Won a Teen Choice Award (USA) for Best Rock Song for Adrienne
November 14 The Calling Won an MTV Europe Award for Best New Act
December The Calling topped the Billboard Year-End Charts in the USA as the Top Hot Adult Top 40 Artist and with the Top Hot Adult Top 40 Track ("Wherever You Will Go")

2001
July 10 Camino Palmero was Released in the USA.
December USA Topped the Billboard Adult Top 40 tracks chart for 23 weeks with Wherever You Will Go
December 5 'Wherever You Will Go' video makes its debut on TRL Top 10 in the USA.
December 14 The Calling debuted with their television appearances in the USA.
2000
The Calling were chosen to perform Wherever You Will Go in the Film 'Coyote Ugly'. This movie was shown in Australia in 2001.
